By downloading or using Shift Pilot, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Description of the service

Shift Pilot helps gig drivers track trips and estimate deductions. Features include:

• Manual and automatic trip tracking
• Trip history and summaries
• Estimated mileage and deduction values
• CSV and PDF export reports

User accounts

You need an account to use Shift Pilot. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login secure
• Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access

Subscriptions and payments

Shift Pilot offers paid plans. If you subscribe:

• Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play
• Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by your store account
• Subscription access starts after a successful purchase

Free tier limitations

The free plan includes up to 30 tracked trips. After you reach 30:

• Auto-tracking and new tracked trips are limited
• You can upgrade to continue tracking
• Manual trip entry remains available

User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app lawfully
• Not misuse or disrupt the service
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or resell the app

Accuracy disclaimer

Shift Pilot provides estimates based on device data.

• Mileage and deduction values are estimates
• We do not guarantee accuracy for tax filing purposes
• The app is not tax advice or a tax filing service
• Consult a tax professional for official filings

Intellectual property

Shift Pilot and all related content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $0 if you used the free plan

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app means you accept the new Terms.
